How Stillford Came to Be
Stillford opened its doors in Hat Yai in 2019, founded by a small group of people who had spent years watching friends and family feel overwhelmed by pension-related paperwork with no clear place to turn for straightforward, plain-language context. The name "Stillford" reflects the idea of a crossing point — a calm ford in a river — somewhere you can stop, look around, and find your footing without being swept along by jargon or urgency.
Our work has always been defined by what it is not. We are not a financial planning firm. We are not a legal service. We do not hold any professional licence to advise individuals on their personal financial situations. What we do is simpler and, for many people, genuinely useful: we help you gather your documents, put them in a sensible order, and explain — in everyday language — how pension paperwork tends to be structured in general terms.
Over the years, we have developed three distinct session formats to suit people at different stages. Some arrive with a bag of unsorted papers and a feeling of not knowing where to begin. Others want to sit in a friendly, general group session and hear how pension timelines are typically arranged. Still others find that having a periodic organising arrangement in place gives them lasting peace of mind. Each of these formats has been shaped by the real questions people have brought to us.
We are based at 39 Phetkasem Road and work Monday to Saturday. Our sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable setting where there is time to ask questions and work through material at your own pace.

Praew leads the Local Information Sessions, turning complex paperwork terminology into clear, plain-language explanations. She focuses on making general context accessible to a wide range of participants.

Kritsana manages the Continued Records Support arrangements, ensuring participants have access to up-to-date general checklists and a steady, familiar point of contact for their organising needs.

Clearly Defined Scope
We are explicit about what our sessions cover and do not cover. All participants receive a written description of the session scope before it begins.
Careful Handling of Documents
Physical documents brought to sessions are handled with care, returned to participants at the close of each session, and never copied or retained without explicit agreement.
Privacy & Data Protection
Contact details provided to book sessions are held securely and used only for session administration. We follow responsible data handling practices in line with our Privacy Policy.
General, Not Personal
Everything discussed in our sessions is general and educational. No session content constitutes financial, legal, or personal planning guidance of any kind.
Open & Honest Communication
If a question falls outside the scope of what we can address, we say so clearly and point participants toward appropriate professional resources.

Background

Stillford's sessions are designed for that moment. We work with people who simply want their papers in order and who want to understand, in broad terms, how pension timelines and documentation are typically structured. We do not interpret specific documents on behalf of participants, and we do not recommend courses of action. What we offer is a structured, calm environment in which general knowledge can be shared and documents can be sorted with care.
