"I came with a bag full of papers I had been avoiding for two years. By the end of the First Step Organising session, everything was in order and labelled. The coordinator was patient and never made me feel rushed. I left knowing where everything was."

"The Local Information Session was helpful. I appreciated that the facilitator was careful to keep everything general — she explained what types of documents are typically involved and roughly how timelines tend to work. I walked out understanding things I had not understood before."

"I signed up for the Continued Records Support arrangement after my first session. Having someone who already knows the order of my documents, and who checks in periodically, has made a real difference. The annual cost works out to be very reasonable."

"Stillford was recommended to me by a colleague who had done the information session. I was a little unsure what to expect, but the written description they sent beforehand made the scope very clear. The session itself was calm and the printed notes were useful to keep."

"Solid experience. I went in not knowing what a pension statement was supposed to look like and came out with my documents sorted and a clearer general picture. I'd have liked a slightly longer Q&A section, but overall a worthwhile morning."

"I have been on the Continued Records Support arrangement for nearly a year now. The periodic check-ins take about an hour each time and keep everything tidy without me needing to think about it between sessions. Very much worth it for the peace of mind."

Case Studies
Session Journeys
Case Study 1 – First Step Organising
The Starting Point
A retired civil servant arrived with twelve years of pension correspondence stored in a single unlabelled envelope. She was not sure what was current and what was outdated, or whether she had everything she needed.
What the Session Covered
The First Step Organising session sorted documents by type and approximate period, applied general category labels, and produced a simple checklist of what was present and how it was now arranged. No document was assessed for content.
After the Session
Documents were divided into four labelled sections. She reported feeling considerably less anxious about the paperwork and returned three months later for the Local Information Session to understand the general structure of what she had.
"I didn't realise how much the disorder itself was adding to my worry. Just having it in order made a big difference." — participant, Hat Yai
Case Study 2 – Local Information Session (Group)
The Starting Point
A group of eight colleagues at a Hat Yai employer arranged an on-site session after several of them independently mentioned confusion about how pension paperwork and contribution timelines generally work.
What the Session Covered
Praew led a two-hour group session explaining common pension document types, how contribution periods are generally recorded, and what kinds of correspondence to expect at different stages. The session included a general Q&A period.
After the Session
All eight participants received printed reference notes. Five of the eight subsequently booked individual organising sessions. The employer arranged a follow-up group session six months later for new staff.
"It was the first time someone explained all of this without trying to sell us something or tell us what to do. Just clear, general information." — participant, group session
Case Study 3 – Continued Records Support (12-month)
The Starting Point
A widower managing paperwork for two households found that pension-related documents kept accumulating faster than he could sort them independently. He had completed an initial organising session but wanted ongoing support.
What the Arrangement Covered
Six periodic sessions over twelve months, each approximately one hour. New documents were sorted into the existing system at each session, and updated general checklists were provided as they were issued.
After the Year
Records for both households were maintained in a consistent, labelled order throughout the year. He renewed the arrangement for a second year and noted that the continuity with the same coordinator was a particular advantage.
"Having Kritsana sort through new papers with me every couple of months means nothing gets out of hand. It's become a straightforward habit." — participant, Hat Yai
